Which things we can test in our adversity ?

 No one wants adversity. It is a phase of life when we deal with anguish, pressure, trials, heartaches, and disappointments.  It is a condition of suffering and hardship and we want  some magic to get away from it.

We get to feel that we don't have anyone to stand for us, although in reality it might be not. No uncle is ours, no brother, no sister and sometime we feel that my self is not with me. This is the time when we test who is our and who is not. 

There is a Quote is Ramayana which is a part of Bhajan 'Mangal bhavan amangal haari'. 

Dheeraj dharam mitra aru naari,
Aapad kaal parakhiye chaari.

If we translate it in English, this will mean Courage , Dharma , friend and wife/partner are recognized only at our bad times.

Everyone seems to be with us when time favors us but when it go in wrong direction everything seems falling. So how to get away with it?

In bad time, out patience and courage is no more. When we see, we find our self poor.  One thing many of us could practice more is having more patience. Let time be bad but wait is the policy in this time. Wait for the time when things started to turn on positive side. Don't take quick decisions as these may not be good. Think and analyze and then decide. Quick-Fix is not a solution.  Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience. 

With patience, we can only decide then we can go to the path of Dharma only otherwise diverting from it may lead us to sadness and self decay. 

Friends are those who know us as like we know about us. We spend a lot of time with them, but is bad circle only those friends are with us who wants us to get out from this situation. Meaningless person go away in this time. See and test your friends because there is not other time when you can test them for faith and friendship. 

In the last, it is our partner. You know a person succeeds in life only with the help of good friends and best partner. He/She can make you touch the zenith of the sky and if he/she is not with you, you will fall in the ground straight away. So always remember that if you had a partner who is supporting and loving you in your bad time then you are the most lucky person in the world.

Why I have a feeling to die

  This is a very big question whose answer is very difficult to find but if we try to think about others we will find a common cause and that may apply to us also. 

It's "We or our very very close ones are not getting what they want from a long time and even instead of getting they are loosing. We have no hope for the future and for what we will live. We have no reason to think and we get to know that death is very easy than living" This is the common thing in all of all. Are you agree with me on it?

True, if we have no reason for living in the future and our death is very easy than life then we should die, but I ask you once time, can we think a one step ahead too. The thing that we don't know yet. The thing that may appear in the future.

Although your life is very difficult to live, although death may give you peace but remember that "light is always better than darkness". Maybe now we are in dark and we are not able to see other things that might be made for us, can't we wait for a little for the morning, so that in that light, we can see the truth and analyze again that is our decision is correct or wrong. Just give a chance for me, although you don't know me, but for me means some person either living it nonliving with whom you are in love so much, for that person, just give your self a little chance till that morning, after which I will not say anything to you. 

Always remember my friend that life is always precious although it has no meaning right now but don't underestimate the power of time. When time changes, everything changes. It can change all of your thought processes, like this, the time has done to make you feel that death is better than life. The same time can revert this thought too. 

So my friend, for us, for god, for yourself and for your most loved one, please give a little chance till that morning. 


Always remember the line of Albert Einstein that "If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things".

How to set and achieve your Goal

  Setting goals in your life is as important as you need food to live in. I wrote goals here and not goal, I will tell you why but first we need to understand what is our goal, how to set those, and how to achieve those. 

 The first thing in this process is to ask yourself and cross-question yourself that is the crop that I will cut down in future, am I sowing is the same? 

This is very simple, any person who has never set a goal in front of himself or herself, should not set the goal which is unrealistic as it may bring or lower down your motivations. This may happen because you set the goal in your quick decision abilities but hold here....

The first goal should be which you are going to achieve soon, it means set very small goals first as only drops can make the ocean, always remember it. Create a drop first.

Work towards achieving this small goal. Achieving this small goal gives you the power to believe in yourself. It gives you the power to believe that yes you can achieve it. Create some more small goals and be habitual to achieve these small-small goals. When these are in your habit, set a bigger target and big-time but for that too, break it into again small goals. Achieve those small goals and you will achieve your big goal in the end.   

Sometimes you may fail to achieve the small goal too, but think what is the reason, it may be that it is not in your control, so don't worry and go ahead. 

These goals can be in any section of your life, be it making a habit, profession, relational, social, etc but basics are the same......

Why we sometimes feel very sad and how to overcome this sadness

Before starting this article, I just want to that I am not going to give you the teachings of any Holy guru but all of these are my own experienced feelings. Why I am sharing with you because I think by this way we can discuss it much better. 90 percent of you are reading this article because you are sad, you are sad enough that you are searching for the solution to your problems. 

Remember out of 90 percent of you half of you have faced it before too so what happened in between, I am not saying that you were so happy in between but you were not this much sad that someone can go to take more complex decisions. 

I would like to tell you all that please give me 5 minutes and read it and tell me if you can think something different.

Answer me a simple question, why you are sad? Can you think of it? 

Take an example, when you are not in a sad mood and you heard that someone suicide. What you think of him, "Is he a mental person", "What was the problem with him that he can't face, why he couldn't fight as we can fight". Ultimately we don't accept suicide and that's why in many countries it is treated as a crime too. Why crime, because sadness can't take any life. It doesn't;t have any power to kill someone. 

If you have heard something like Waves, what are those? These are up and downs. In many mythological books too, these are states, and I can say that everything is a state of mind. 

So if you can't think of any valid reason, why are you sad. I bet that when you think of any reason of your sadness, you will say to yourself that it can't be a reason of my sadness then why you are sad?

Maximum of us are sad because of our expectations with life, and these expectations can be from social and professional and remember that one event can't make us sad but a bunch of things makes us sad. But my dear, its a time of the down wave.

There are many ways to remove your sadness, I can't tell each and everyone because all these vary from person to person and time to time. But sometimes "Giving time" is the mantra and sometimes the solution is the mantra. So how can you decide?

The primary thing is give time and think over it about what I have done wrong, maybe you are right but maybe because you only think so you are right. 

Always remember that its a state of mind and you need to change it. Always remember my 3 things. 

  1. You are the most important person in life.
  2. You are also important to some other persons also may be non-human too. 
  3. This is just a timely thing because you were happy and sad before too although this time you are maximum sad but maximum happiness also waiting for you.....
